BrightRidge Broadband is participating in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). You may be eligible for up to $30/month toward your Broadband service.
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) program that provides a discount on monthly broadband bills for qualifying low-income households.
Based on Your Income
You can get ACP if your income is 200% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines (see the table below). The guideline is based on your household size and state. To learn more about ACP income guidelines, please click HERE.

Qualifying Programs
If even one person in a household receives, qualifies for, or participates in any of the below programs, the entire household is eligible for the ACP Program.

- USDA School Breakfast/Lunch Program
- Lifeline Program
- Tribal Programs for Residents on Qualifying Tribal Lands
- Veterans and Survivors Pension Benefit
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- SNAP
- Pell Grant Funding
- Federal Public Housing Assistance

Getting Started with ACP
Once you are approved for ACP, you will need to contact BrightRidge Customer Service to complete the final step of the enrollment process to designate BrightRidge as your service provider. Customer Service can be contacted by calling 423-952-5000 during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Once your enrollment ID is verified, your ACP credit will be applied. Please allow up to 30 business days for confirmation. Please note that not all BrightRidge Broadband internet services will be available for application of the ACP credit.

- Sign-ups started December 31, 2021.
When can I sign up for the Affordable Connectivity Benefit?
- This benefit will last for as long as the Federal Government provides funding for ACP. Although government has not yet announced a program end date, we will provide enrolled customers with regular updates and notify you at least 30 days before the program ends.
What are the provider program requirements?
- The Infrastructure Act requires participating providers to provide Affordable Connectivity Program participants with information on the Commission’s dedicated complaint process. Learn more HERE.
