Apply to Receive Benefits on your BrightRidge Broadband Account

Step 1

Complete the USAC Affordable Connectivity Program Eligibility Verification by clicking here. 

A National Verifier will determine whether you are eligible for the program benefits. 

IMPORTANT: When completing the National Verifier form, use the same information as for the primary holder of your BrightRidge Broadband account. 

Step 2

Complete the BrightRidge Broadband form to have the discount applied to your account.   

Please note, you will receive email communication from BrightRidge Broadband at acpapplications@brightridge.com after you’ve submitted our form, including confirmation that we’ve received your application and notice of approval or next steps needed to get approved.
