Eligibility
Promotional giveaways and sweepstakes are only open to BrightRidge Electric eligible customers, who are age eighteen (18) or older at the time of entry. Giveaways/sweepstakes are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

Entrant may be required to have social networking accounts on various social networking platforms, i.e. Instagram and Facebook (collectively “Social Media”) in order to enter the Giveaway/Sweepstakes via Social Media. Entrants will need an active and valid email address in order to enter via email communication.

Entrants are required to comply with all respective Social Media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) rules and regulations when posting on Social Media platforms and are prohibited from spamming or creating fraudulent or multiple accounts. By posting on any Social Media platform, Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the applicable Social Media platform, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies, and each of its officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, “Social Media Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability. The Social Media platforms and the Social Media Released Parties are in no way connected or affiliated with Giveaway or Sweepstakes, Sponsor.

Entrant must acknowledge that this Giveaway or Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By participating in this Giveaway or Sweepstakes you agree to a complete release of Facebook or Instagram from any claims. The Terms and Conditions for Facebook & Instagram are posted:

Entry
Entrants may only enter the Giveaway/Sweepstakes once per review platform. Multiple entrants are not allowed to use the same email address, same social media account, or same phone numbers. Any attempt by an entrant to acquire more than one (1) entry during the Promotion Period by using numerous email addresses, registrations, identities, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entry and that entrant will be disqualified. A valid service address with active service will be verified upon submission.

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from among all eligible entries received by the end of the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries. Winner agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Giveaway or Sweepstakes.

BrightRidge reserves the right to review existing Customers’ previous billing history with BrightRidge or access credit history through a credit reporting agency.

Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified by telephone, mail, email, and/or direct message via social media within three (3) business days of the Prize drawing and may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within three (3) days of notification. Prize will be forfeited if a selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim all or a portion of a prize or, where applicable, an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified. In the event of a Prize forfeiture, an alternate winner will be selected from remaining valid, eligible entries that were timely submitted. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail/social media account specified in the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the social media account and/or an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any Prize(s) valued at $600 or more in a given calendar year. Consult with your tax professional regarding potential tax implications. For Prize(s) valued at $600 or more, Winner must complete IRS Form W-9, which requires a social security number, prior to receipt of the Prize(s).

Privacy Policy
Any personal information supplied by you to BrightRidge will be subject to BrightRidge’s Privacy Policy posted at www.brightridge.com/privacy-policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and to the extent applicable, by entering the Giveaway/Sweepstakes and by opting in (providing a question/comment on the Giveaway/Sweepstakes photo) if applicable to any Giveaway/Sweepstakes offers on the landing page, you grant BrightRidge permission to share your email address with the corresponding Sponsor if applicable. Accordingly, your personal data will then be subject to the corresponding Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Additionally, by entering the Giveaway/Sweepstakes you understand that BrightRidge may send you additional marketing emails regarding BrightRidge and its services.

SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. General Terms
By entering this giveaway/sweepstakes, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Giveaway/Sweepstakes. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY/SWEEPSTAKES.
